Default Keep log files at the end of the month explanation

What exactly does the Keep log files at the end of the month setting in Tweak Settings do?

Does this refer to Apache domlogs? Or something else?

What does Keep mean? Are the logs archived at the end of the month? Are they moved to a different location? Or are they just not reset (emptied out) at the end of the month?

    Default

I see references to a term sysarchive in /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Logd.pm and /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Logs.pm.

Reading through the scripts, it looks like this creates an archive directory (somewhere, I don't know where) and copies the log files to this archive directory prior to resetting the log file.

Is this what the Keep log files at the end of the month tweak setting feature refers to?
