Larger attachments don't send in email

I send an email to a customers test email account with a small .jpg attachment and I receive the file fine. Now I attach a 1.3 MB .jpg attachment and I do not receive the email.

I also tried a very large 5 MB .pdf attachment and I received that fine.

How can I increase the filesize for .jpg attachments?

It was a filter that had to be deleted from the customers account.
