It has nothing to do with that setting. If you login via https you will get 127.0.0.1 as the last login.
can I remove "Last login from 127.0.0.1" from all cPanel accounts?
You'd need to edit the theme to do that.

In WHM you will need to create your own cPanel theme or edit an existing one. You will need to research how to do that.
