using WHM 8.5.4 cPanel 8.5.4-R72

A few days ago I created an account in WHM using a subdomain, but the latest visitors page in web/ftp stats in the accounts cpanel is blank, awstats and webalizer are working fine, latest visitors worked fine just after the account was created, but then cpanel must do something and it goes blank.

Any ideas what the problem is or how to fix it, because I need the latst visitors page for this account?

It works fine for all the other accounts on the server.
