    Exclamation layer2.cpanel.net nulling me

Hi, i am having problems with cpanel 10, i am running freebsd 4.11 stable.

Cpanel has been working fine until yesterday, where now it is saying unactivated licence file, i spoke to my dedicated server company, they are telling me its either because of 2 things.

    a) my ip is nulled on cpanel servers
    b) cpanel licence server is down

Anyway, i cant activate my licence, and it is annoying me now, has anyone else has this problem???, my dedicated server is hosted on sagonet.

Please please please, someone tell me what i can do? is the licence server down? or my network nulled, if it is nulled, how can i get it unulled?!?!? i have customers screaming at me and need this sorted out ASAP!!!

    Thanks
