license could not be activated

We have a problem with the license WHM/cPanel.
After updatings WHM / cpanel license is not activated and show this page

1. First, go to http://verify.cpanel.net/ and enter the public IP address of this server to make sure it is licensed.

2.If licensed, try running /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt from the command line as root.

3.You'll also need to make sure that port 80 is open to contact our license server and that your server's hostname is a FQDN.

Make sure the IP the cPanel license is activated on is the main IP of your server (actually it should be the main IP else cpkeyclt would have thrown errors). I would say contact cPanel support and see what they have to say.

I believe the error message in your image says what the issue happens to be:

License file too old (updates expired)

It appears the license might be one of those lifetime ones that have updates that expire given the "ONE-TIME FEE" part on the license verification page. You should contact cPanel's customer service to ask about the license for sure to see what's specifically going on with it.
