license update blocked

It seems that cPanel auth servers block (sometimes) license update.
Looks like my server IP was blocked by their firewall (maybe I tried too many times to update license, but is not my fault)

Has anyone similar problems? I opened a ticket and waiting for support.

The problem start after i reboot a server. WHM doesn't want to load and display a license validation problem. Because license update does nothing, i upgrade cpanel using upcp. Now, the error message changed to:

Your license could not be activated because:
Unknown License File Signature (has = 15, needed = 17).

And any update fail.

I open the ticket (ID# 497481) and the problem was fixed but the answer doesn't satisfy me: "It looks like it was a routing issue that has been resolved". I don't think it was a routing problem, cause I can access cpanel website from console. Or a firewall blocked is called "routing problem"?

Anyway, is good that the problem is solved and if you block an IP, please do it temporarely.

Appears your ticket is already closed per your request. Please re-open the ticket if you would like us to take a look at the issue again.

And when troubleshooting license issues you need to verify the server can connect to auth.cpanel.net on ports 2089, 80 or 53.

auth.cpanel.net is different then cpanel.net and has its own IP's.
