Limit apache memory useage?

Well I think this is whats causing it.. but basically I accidentally picked this option on my WHM. While it helps keep tons of freem ram (always 600 MB free ram out of 1gb), I think it is causing one of my sites to act strange. Every so often it will respond very slowly, like perhaps it is waiting in line to be queued or have some free ram? If I load another site on the same box during this time, it is loading at blazing speeds. The slow site of course is the most heavy visited site on my box... but overall I only have 50 websites hosted and using very little resources so I do not need this limit on there...

So my question is how do I remove this apache memory limit, and is this what is causing random slowdowns on a specific site??

This box is freshly loaded 2 weeks ago with just a cpanel backup made to it

you could remove the lines from httpd.conf /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

well I looked all through my httpd.conf file, and erased some lines called 'Rlimit' , and even restarted my entire server to make sure changes took effect. I am still limited to only 325 MB of ram used after days and days of use.. so not sure I got the right setting. I don't see anything else referring to any memory limit though.

I am also tail -f my messages, and error_logs and awaiting for another slowdown to occur to see whats goin on the system if anything..

I do know I can load other sites on the same box during this time and they load very fast as they should.. so Im not sure..
