is there any way in WHM i can restrict ip usage for resellers, for example if i have 20 free ips on server and i only want to allot 4 ips to reseller is there any way i can do that.

i tried doing that with packages but then it restricts all other features like (email accounts, sub-domains, mysql databases) which i don\'t want to do.
