List accounts error in WHM

Hi ,
When i click list accounts in WHM i am getting this..Any idea??

"
The system failed to return from fetching quota and disk infomation.This function cannot be used until quotas are repaired. [an error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]"

I tried running fixquotas ..but no go.....simply seeing a blank screen.

Any help will be apreciated.

Did you run /scripts/fixquotas from shell? It can take a very long time to complete and you should not do anything until you get a response back.

it is now more than 5 hrs...It will take so long??

If you got an mounted NFS Share that dosen't respond, the same error occours. Check your mounted shares.
