List accounts problem

Hi,
I updated our cpanel last night, and after i did that, our resellers can't no longer List Accounts anymore (0 listings), and email authenticate seems not working either, all emails are rejected.

I tried to run
/scripts/upcp - nothing happens

I also tried
/scripts/updateuserdomains - nothing happens

I really need help, can someone please give me a hand here?
