    Unhappy List Accounts Very Slow!!!!

Everytime when I add, remove or list an account the server loads goes 20 +

My WHM/Cpanel version is WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-R119

    Running on a Centos 4.3 Kernel 2.6.9-22.0.1.ELsmp

I have 832 accounts on the server

My server is a Dual AMD Opteron 244 - 1GB RAM - 2x120 SATA disks

Anyone is having this issue?? Could you tell me what could be the problem??

    Thanks in advance!

How many accounts is it set to show per page? Its extremley unlikely that this will cause your server load to go as high as 20. Sounds more like one or more of your customers is abusing/has outdated and insecure scripts.

There may be a problem in the cpanel list built to track the user accounts

    /scripts/updateuserdomains

    may help

    but more RAM is encouraged

There was an old problem a very, very long time ago that looked just like this with strange group processes hanging around after a delete. It does sound more like this sort of problem - try posting the output of "ps aux" just after you start a delete attempt, would help us give correct advice.
