List Suspended Accounts

Why is accounts showing under list suspended account with out any suspend?

Most of the accounts listed under (List Suspended Accounts) while the account working with out any problem, we try to unsuspended it with out any changed, still showing under List Suspended Accounts,


Does anybody here know of a solution to this problem?

I am having this problem now also on a server. I will run the usual scripts and see if that fixes. But if anyone here know a fix, it would be appreciated.

I'm having this problem on one of my servers as well.

I've tried unsuspending the account, however it is still listed as being suspended inside the WHM under List Suspended Accounts..

I've also tried suspending and then unsuspending the account - still no luck.

Additionally I've checked /var/cpanel/suspended/ for the accounts however, they are not listed there.

I've searched this forum using several different search terms, however this is the only post I've found - sorry if I've missed it somewhere.

Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem too.

Suspended accounts just get a 404 error and not the suspended pages which I have updated.

Add me to the 'me too' list.

My situation on one box, the accounts which are listed as suspended and should not be are not actually suspended, BUT still appear in the list. I actually got used to it and just ignored it but would like it fixed.

Accounts don't appear in the /var/cpanel/suspended list either.

Any one have a solution for this? this feature on whm is not supending /unsuspending accounts under root user.

Same here. I have an account that is suspended, but doesn't show up as unsuspended. I deleted the account and remade it from scratch and that still doesn't fix it.

The direct IP access to the account works, but not the domain name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

in whm set your cpanel update to stable
under ssh run /scripts/upcp --force

that fix this problem to me
