Default log into cpanel via web without user:pass@domain:2082

Does anybody know a way? I heard there was a way using .htaccess but can't find anything on here about it, only the insecure userass@domain:2082

Why would you log in with your username and password in the URL?

    Sure, it's possible, but why?

Use https://www.yourdomain.com:2087. You're greeted with a login box, fill in your username and password. That will log you in without revealing your username and password, and it's connecting over SSL.

That should actually be https://domain.com:2083 for secure cPanel.

    http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...nel+login+form
if you do a search over there I am sure you can find the right answer, this has been asked a few times over there.
