We used to use WebTrends Log Analyzer to provide visual stats to our customers. That was before I got involved with thsi company, and I know nothing about them.

On 6/14/2003, WebTrends stopped updating the logs. The customers have been seeing that weeks' logs ever since and they're getting mad. I'm not sure where to start. It affects both Windows and Linux servers it appears, and WebTrends is installed on a Windows machine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
