I went into the server to make some changes to a theme and I noticed alot of scripts and directories that seem be be undocumented and was just wondering is someone could let me know what they do:

/vserver directory.. What is this? VPS Servers?

micq & micq.pl? What is this?

/tickets directory.. A binary and a mysql database? Does this add support tickets to our whm on our servers for clients?

I see MailMan under 3rdParty, ANy docs for installing or using this?

There are more but the list will get long. I just see a bunch of undocumented stuff.
