Lost mails

Hi!
Recently, a lot of my clients complain that they found some mails was lost, they lost some emails from other company or friends.

I have no idea how should I do, where might be wrong on my box, below is some information when I click "View Mail Statistics " in WHM:


Messages received per hour (each dot is 45 messages)

Maybe my problem caused by this :

I installed this a few days ago, it is good, but if it catch something, it won't report, it just disgard the incoming email and write in log, but, you will forget to check that log.
