lost password

When I go to log on to Cpanel to edit my webpage, a window pops up for me to log in. I enter my cpanel username and password, but it doesn't accept it. I tried this a few times and was brought to a 'login failed' page from cpanel.com, with a box at the bottom that I could enter my username into and be emailed my password. I did, but the email never came to my registered address. Is there anything else I can do to get my current password?
