lots of rejected emails

Hello.

we got lots of below messages in exim_rejectlog. There are some domains that are ok and we dont know why exim rejects them. We have WHM 10.0.0 cPanel 10.0.0-C107 and Exim 4.44.
We tried fixed this with /scripts/fixrelayd and with no success.

We need help!

there are some posibilities:

1. your user try to send email, but not activating SMTP Authentication
2. some spammers try to use your server to send spam mail.

All of those errors are from senders. Now we got problem because our customers need to get those emails, because some of them are their busines partners and not spamers.

Ok. I was fixed with turning OFF "verify existance email" in WHM...but still some domains have problems.
I thing there is problem only with IPs that are used for mail servers without PTR records.

Anyone have the same problem ?
