Question Mac OS 10.5 (leopard) and Web Disk

    I have a client who:

I am unable to access my Web Disk from my computer now that I have pgraded to Mac OS 10.5 (leopard). I downloaded the version meant for 10.5. It downloads OK. When I try to open it, it times out saying "AppleEvent has timed out" and crashes the finder and the webdisk program.

Is this a known issue? Any ideas? I'm at a loss. My current
operating system is 10.5.5. I am connecting via a wireless router, and my
computer does not have an active firewall.
Unfortunately, I don't have a Mac to test this on - has anyone seen any issue like this?

What's the full cPanel/WHM version information for your server?

I know we had issues with WebDisk on Leopard for the script downloaded prior to build 23868 of CURRENT. However, if your customer just downloaded the script from your server and is experiencing these issues, perhaps you should let our technical analysts take a look at this for you. We have access to Mac OS X 10.5 systems where we can attempt to replicate this issue.

Have your client use the non-SSL connection.
