Default Mail delivered to wrong mailbox ??

I have a strange problem with email addresses on a domain. I'm using Fedora Core 2 and Cpanel 10.2.0

The user made several mailboxes for his domain but most of the mail addresses doesn't work. The mail is received by the catch-all account, not by the appropriate mailbox. A few mailboxes doesn’t' t have this problem.

Is there something wrong with the configuration files of this domain? Where can I find the configuration of the mailboxes? Is their something wrong with the general configuration of exim

We can't find what is wrong without looking into it.

    but please try

    /scripts/mailperm

But it will help if you can have a look at

    /etc/valiases

Also please do an update of the cpanel

    /scripts/upcp --force
    and verify

Thanks Aby for your reply. I followed your steps but it still didn't worked.

I searched a little bit further and found tyhat the inbox file of the mailbox had the ownerships set to USERNAME:USERNAME. On other places I saw that this was set to USERNAME:mail. I changed it and the mailbox worked.

I also deleted the folowing line in the valias file.
    info@domain.nl: informatie@domain.nl
    Wat does that mean?

I also deleted the folowing line in the valias file. info@domain.nl:informatie@domain.nl

That is a forwarding entry. Mail addressed to info@domain.nl redirects to the account informatie@domain.nl
