Mail delivery failure notice but mail being delivered

We are getting mail delivery failure notice when we send mail from our server, but mail is actually delivered.
The notice includes the following - Time::HiRes object version 1.65 does not match $Time::HiRes::XS_VERSION 1.72.

We have run /scripts/upcp as we were unable to create new accounts, we were out of sync with the scripts from the 10.6 series; our current version of cpanel is; WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-S83.

We can now create new accounts, but this mail delivery failure problem has materialised.

Any help would be appreciated.
