mail issue - PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Someone is trying to send me a email and I get the following error message in /var/log/exim_mainlog
2005-07-19 15:15:44 H=(mta2.rslcom.net.au) [203.191.160.67] sender verify defer for <*****@handyimprints.com.au>: host lookup did not complete
2005-07-19 15:15:44 H=(mta2.rslcom.net.au) [203.191.160.67] F=<****@handyimprints.com.au> temporarily rejected RCPT <john@*****.com>: Could not complete sender verify
Why is my mail server rejecting this message? I need to receive it ASAP!!!!

The reason for it being rejected is in the error message. The server could not lookup that domain. That's because the domain has broken name server records:
http://dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport...mprints.com.au
If you don't want to do sender verification, turn it off in WHM > Exim Configuration Editor
