Mail Issue: I can send emails, but can't recieve them.

Well, buycpanel.com totally screwed up my installation. Practically EVERYTHING was broken, and I had to manually rebuild apache from the start because it was corrupt. My first license installation from them was good, but the second was total crap. Anyway.........

I'm not recieving emails via outlook express, but I can send them to another address and recieve them. Any idea why this is happening? Btw, I can't see any errors. It just doesn't recieve emails.

If you're getting no errors, a common cause is using the default email account as the POP username rather than the actual emailbox.
