mail not being delivered, something wrong with exim.pl?

Im getting these entreis in exim_mainlog. Seems like something is wrong with exim.pl. I have tried moving it and running eximup --force and that has done nothing. Any ideas?

I have the same problem.

Ok, the fix for me was first to rebuild my corrupt RPM database,
http://www.rpm.org/hintskinks/repairdb/

then run scripts/eximup --force
