mail problem

I have upgraded cpanel to 11 but...
mails pbs...


I have RAID Controlers and 3DM 2 version 2.04.00.018 softare ( it use root account to send emails...)
when I try to send a test mail with 3M2 sofware monitor, I got in logs:

tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog


2007-06-11 14:10:02 1Hxiig-00051E-0U == root@max3.xxxx.com R=localuser T=local_delivery defer (-29): User 0 set for local_delivery transport is on the never_users list


how to fix it please?

it was ok before the update !

I'm need help to fix this, see below my lines:

This is mail sended from CSF about ldf.

Try to run at root ssh,
/scripts/mailperm
