    Exclamation

I got this same error this morning. No idea where it came from. I think it came with the newest update (the one with the fix to the some password problmen).

And just now the update crashed or something. WHM won't start. Nor webmail services. This is just great.

Make sure you are upgraded to the very latest version, if so, than make sure no webmaild, whostmgrd and cpaneld processes are running...

If non are running, restart cpsrrvd.

I'm running RH9. And now updated cPanel to 9.1.0-R57.

(also posted a support request form yesterday (about redirect-error and phpmyadmin error), but received no answer to that.. or at least answer haven't arrived to my inbox..)

I pretty much a newbie with these things, so I'll need step by step instructions to check, stop, restart, start services or install/reinstall anything.

Found no exim rpm under WHM "Install an RPM" section...

    Unhappy

Still without a trace here. WHM and cPanel down. At restart WebMail services and Web Host Manager Services fail. (actually mailman services fail too.. Site list is missing: mailman).
Me and my customers are getting frustrated.

And the biggest problem actually is that mails can't be send or received. Exim starts and restarts without any error messages. When trying to send mail the sender gets that "mail relocation error" (and to be exact, the error message is: "/usr/sbin/exim: relocation error: /usr/sbin/exim: undefined symbol: Perl_eval_sv").

There's a fine list of undelivered mails on mail queue and the list is growing.. Some quick fix would be great.

Oh, something more. When restarting the cpanel it fails on stopping some services. Here's the whole thing:

    [/usr/local/cpanel]# service cpanel restart
    Stopping cPanel services: [FAILED]
    Stopping webmail services: [FAILED]
    Stopping pop3 services: [ OK ]
Stopping cPanel log services: [ OK ]
Stopping cPanel Chat services: [ OK ]
Stopping Melange Chat services: [ OK ]
    Stopping InterChange services: [FAILED]
    Stopping cPanel ssl services: [FAILED]
Stopping Web Host Manger services: [FAILED]
Stopping mailman services: Shutting down Mailman's master qrunner
    PID unreadable in: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/data/master-qrunner.pid
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/data/master-qrunner.pid'
    Is qrunner even running?

    Starting eximstats: [ OK ]
Starting cPanel services: [ OK ]
    Starting WebMail services: [FAILED]
    Starting pop3 services: [ OK ]
Starting cPanel Chat services: [ OK ]
Starting Melange Chat services: [ OK ]
Starting cPanel ssl services: [ OK ]
Starting Web Host Manager services: [FAILED]
Starting mailman services: Site list is missing: mailman
    "
That's is. I guess I'm having some serious problems here...

I am having the same problems. Webmail is totally missing! imap won't run.

When our customers go to webmail, there are no webmail clients.

    When I try a /scripts/fixwebmail, I receive a:
chown: failed to get attributes of `/usr/local/etc/cpanel/base/webmail/data': No such file or directory

I notice that there is no such directory. Can you point me into the right direction?
