Mailboxes deleted ?!

I was helping a customer do a cleanup of their mailboxes (they had some to add, but didn't want to pay for extra mailboxes) and when we deleted the first mailbox, every mailbox got deleted from the account. This is using Cpanel 10.0.0 R161.

I tried to restore the mail config from backup, but the accounts aren't showing up, even though the home folder for the user has every file in the mail/domain.com sub-folder.

*EDIT* seems the user was over-quota (he had just uploaded a big file that put him over) and raising his quota made all the mailboxes accessible again.

That's going to be inevitable since quotas are strict under linux and if you open a file that can then not be written, it can easily get wiped.
