Mailing list auto unsubscribe

Hello, In Mailman how can I have people automatically subscribe to the mailing list and unsubscribe. I am moving a client with a maillist over to this new server.
Now they just send an email to the list with unsubscribe in the
subject.

Can this be done with MailMan?

ie joenews-request@joe.com to subscribe and
joenews-request@joe.com subject: unsubscribe to unsubscribe.

Any tutorials or information on this?

Users need to send an email to LISTNAME-leave@DOMAIN (fill in the appropriate values for LISTNAME and DOMAIN ).

The Mailman website has a documentation link (which includes a manual for Mailman users). Your answer can be found in the users manual section 5.2
