The mailman config files are in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman
One of my clients says people who try to unsubscribe from her mailing list are never unsubscribed and continue receiving email. Do you have any suggestions on how I might be able to fix this?
Try running /scripts/mailman212 or /scripts/fixmailman
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/logs/subscribe will document the users actions.
It is possible they hit the unsubscribe link in a mailing, but never acted on the confirmation email that was sent.
The list admin could also remove the user from the mailman admin screen directly.
The last thing to check is whether the "Is the list moderator's approval required for unsubscription requests? (No is recommended)" is set for Yes or No in the Privacy Options as that would not allow a user to unsubscribe themselves if set to Yes.
One of these should help.

You will find all the activity logs of mailman from /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/logs/
