The mailing list `mailman' has just been created for you

I got this today, but I didn't create one. It was right after I updated WHM and the kernal.

Does this simple mean someone made a mailing list? or is this new in a update?

How do I stop a mailing list being sent out as root@server without checking the "do not allow root e-mails sent out" in the WHM tweaks panel?

This a normal part of the mailman 2.1.2 installation, its used internally by mailman for the password reminders and so forth, also serves a point of contact for people who wish to get in contact with the person running the mailman installation ( e.g. they notice that one of the lists is being used for spam purposes)
