Mailman edit

Hi,

I am trying to edit the preferences of mailman. I need to set the default languge to Spanish. Although I am able to change it from the dropdown list and click the submit button, there are no changes. The administrator login page changes language but when I login, the options under "General Options" are still in English. Plus, all the changes I make there, like selecting the radio buttons are not taking effect. After I change the value and refresh, it still shows the old settings. Tried, fixmailman, reinstallmailman and ...mailman/bin/check_perms
Any suggestions ????
