one customer use the system mailing list, this system work well but when I transfert the costumer to another server, the mailling is enable to work, you can send email and no reply whatever and the dns everything is ok..

This can be the email system, mailman settings, etc., there's no way of knowing without testing it and checking the logs. Try tailing the exim mail log while sending the mail, see if it is being sent and watch the mail transaction.
