About LinkBacksWhen I use Cpanel's Mailman menu item to add a list, I get this error:
grnam: error getting gid
I see no evidence theat Mailman's scripts are installed. Did my web host that provides Cpanel forget to do something? They are new to Cpanel.

check to see if mailmain created a user or not. I guess not. Simply create the user for it.

Where?
I'm on a shared server, so I don't have root access. Where is the User supposed to be created? Is this somehting the host admin will have to do?
