Mailman / Mailing List sending email to same member 6 times every 15 minutes

We have several mailing list and one of the mailing list with about 50+ members on it. It been running for several month but the other day it started to send the same email over and over about 6 emails every 15 minutes to one same member and we cannot find or figure where it coming from on the server.

We stopped the mailman ((/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/mailmanctl sto)) but it still sending to him and there is no mailman running on the server but the mailman is still sending him same email 6 times every 15 minutes.

We even removed his email from the Mailling list and that doesn't help either.

We looked in the email queue and do not see any email queue addressed to him.

We are stuck and at loss on what to do next
