On some Cpanel boxes after installing MailScanner via the mailscanner install from layer1 email stops working or has issues etc. I had this happen on one box when it worked fine on others. So, loving mailscanner I decided to investigate. I found it to be permission issues with the spool dirs. I have put together a fix for those of you with issues such as the above. It's nothing major and little risk at giving it a try.
