Mailscanner option not appearing in cpanel

I installed mailscanner as per the instructions in http://www.configserver.com/free/mailscanner.html

But, I dont see the option MailScanner in "Feature Manager" as well as in Cpanel. I can see mailscanner is "service status" though.

What should I do to make the Mailscanner appear in Feature Manager and in cpanel?

I want to delete all the mails marked as "Definite spam" by mailscanner before reaching the inbox. How can I do that without using WHM/Cpanel mailscanner interface?

one of the option is that you can configure filtering in your mail box to filter the "Definately Spam" subject email
