Hi,
One of our resellers has recently moved his main account to a new server with his main domain. Because he has a bunch of sites also on the original server we could not delete his account so we renamed it along with his associated domain.
Now however all mail sent from the original server to his email accounts on the other server are still being delivered locally on the original server rather than being sent elsewhere. This is an issue because he is a member of mailing list on the original server and the list mail is simply going to the original default account instead of his new account on the new server.
It isn't a DNS issue, there are no zone records for the domain on the original server, it looks as if Exim is still treating the domain as local even though there are no existing records for the original domain that I can determine.
Any ideas why Exim is still treating the renamed domain as local and not relaying to the real domain on the second server, or indeed anywhere else?
Thank you very much.
