Main Shared Virtual Host IP dont' work

It's firts time that this not work for one server.

Usually use firts IP for only ethernet interface (not any domain in server use tihis IP)

Use another Ip for Shared IP (balancing IP routing)

Now, on server y put XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX for shared, but WHM/Cpanel show all times, YYY.YYY.YYY.YYY for shared.

I use Basic cPanel/WHM Setup >>> Main Shared Virtual Host IP but don't work

On any post persons say "change on /etc/hosts" but this it's not correct solution)

I'm not sure that I fully understand the problem. If possible, please try to restate or rephrase the request or question in a different way.
