manage mail queue

Hello,

we have mail queue problem.
when you click on manage mail queue option we are getting more then 2230 mails.
when we click on Deliver Now option for any email we are getting following error

25 failed connection time out error. we are getting this error for all domains.

i have run /scripts/mailperm /scripts/upcp

please tell me how to solve this erorr we are unable to send the mails.

If you have a look at /var/log/exim_mainlog , it will tell you why it is failing.
