Default 'Manage Shell Access' not apearing to Resellers

    G'day guys,

I have one or two resellers that are complaining that Manage Shell Access is not showing up to them - users that they create are being granted shell access if its selected at account creation or if there package is changed. It is showing up under Root (WHM) and is functioning properly there.

I have checked the instructions in this thread (Manage Shell Access problems) and followed them but didn't fix the problem.

cPanel details are as follows -
    WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.6-R24255
    FREEBSD 6.2-RELEASE i386 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

I apologise if its something blatantly obvious as I'm still learning cpanel/whm and thank anyone in advance.

Login into your WHM using root and check the SSH privilege settings in “Reseller Center” for the resellers.
