my story, our server has been upgraded to fedora from rh9. and one of the ways i have done to backup the files are to compressed the /home directory.
now, i tried to restore some of the directory that are in /home one example is: square00 user
location: /home/square00
i tried to create an account on whm (same account) and i just moved the created account on the new server to
/home/square00 > /home/square00_WHM
and i tried to uncompress my backup files and did try to restore by just moving the old square00 directory to home.
/root/backup/home/square00 > /home/square00
now, i tried to visit the site and the error that is being shown is
What could be wrong? or, i really shouldt do that. And instead use cpanel's backup tool.Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Any suggestions?
