manual restore

I have a few accounts that ARE being backed up to a remote ftp server (I can find the tar files), but the account usernames don't show in WHM restore account menu.

1. Can I restore these accounts individually with a manual command?

2. How do I get the usernames to correctly show in the WHM menu?

Move the backups to /backup/cpbackup/daily and they will show up.
