Manually adding ServerAlias for parking domain worked but not for all domains

We have a problem after a transfer of an account from another server. The parked domains doesn't work anymore. Trying to delete the dns entry in WHM for the parked domain can't be done as it isn't shown in the list.

I then added ServerAlias domain.com www.domain.com to httpd.conf, for some of the .net and .com domains, and they now redirects as they should. But doing the same for some other domains doesn't work. These should point to a .com.br domain. Adding ServerAlias for them doesn't work. Also, the clients says that they must also point to the server IP. I didn't know how to point them to the IP so maybe that's the reason it doesn't work? Could someone please enlighten me on how to handle this problem?
