What would be the easiest way to add a new entry to every DNS zone hosted on the server?

modify template and regenerate zones with /scrips/rebuildnamedconf

would that destoy any edits to zones made via whm..
Basically I want to add an Ns3 to all domains
I have 5 (possible) nameservers and the system only lets you put 4 in the basic config.
