mbox to maildir to one account

hi all,

i want to convert from mbox to maildir but as i have seen on other threads that it can lead to few serious problems i just want to test it or want to do it slowly like changing from mbox to maildir per domain i dont have too many domains so i can do it one at a time is it possible ?

nope... it's all or nothing, but it is reversible. Those having smooth transitions outnumber those with problems...

Additionally, if the process gets messed up midsteam, you could always resume - but that is not a perfect solution.

The major thing that causes issues is impatient system administrators. They believe the conversion has hung when in fact it is still running. This process can be as short as a few minutes or last over a day depending on how much email is stored on your server. The trick is not to kill the conversion process.
