Default migrate apache domains to cPanel?

I have a basic non-cPanel server I wish to retire. It has a couple dozen name-based domains on it. Is there a how-to or faq describing the best way to do this?

Do you want to reset that same server into a cPanel server or purchase a new cPanel based server/account.
1 solution works for all problems. Trying harder!
