Migrating horde and pop email to another server?

Hi,

I am migrating to a new server, and was wondering if there is a graceful way to migrate my users email accounts, address books, etc?

Sorry, I forgot to include the following details

The account I am migrating FROM... I am an cpanel enduser on another hosts servers.

The account I am moving TO... I am the host manager and it is my own server, but a different primary domain. I don't have whm access to the FROM server
