MIME/HTML enabled in Neomail/Horde/Squirrelmail by default?

I am just wondering if wouldn't it be nice to just have Neomail/Horde/Squirrelmail have MIME HTML enabled by default?

I know we can just go and change the config lines and chattr it, but I would like to see this as a Tweak Option in WHM, that way if there is a need for CPanel to update/edit the configs of WHM just for an extra security update, it would do so..
