My website uses a custom MIME type (“application/wam .wam”) that I add via cPanel’s “MIME Types”. I tested my site and everything worked great. A few days ago I checked my site and noticed that the file type wasn’t being handled properly – it turns out that the MIME type was gone in cPanel. I re-added it and everything was fine. About 4pm PST today I noticed that it was gone again. I re-added it at that time and tested it. I checked again today at about 5:30pm PST and it was gone again. I re-added it again. The MIME type is important for the proper operation of my website. Any ideas what’s causing it to disappear?
